About
I'm a Senior Services Manager at OneAdvanced, within the Legal business unit, where I lead the Professional Services team that helps law firms implement their systems and get lasting value from them.
My team of consultants, project managers and data migration specialists covers the full OneAdvanced Legal portfolio: IQ Legal, OneAdvanced Legal, PCMS, TimeCapture, Legal Forms, P4W and ALB. We deliver implementation, onboarding, data migration and ongoing success for firms across the UK and internationally.
As the subject matter expert for Legal Professional Services, I advise firms on how to shape their systems around the way they actually work: matter workflows from client inception through KYC and risk checks, onboarding and document automation, to time recording, billing and file closure. The goal is to build compliance and good process into the system from the start, not bolt it on later. That expertise also underpins my work with the commercial team on RFIs, RFPs, scoping and Statements of Work, so what's proposed is genuinely deliverable.
I've worked in legal technology since 2009, starting in front-line support at Tikit and progressing through consultancy, training and project management before moving into services leadership. The software is only part of the equation. The greater challenge is understanding how a firm works and ensuring change is adopted and sustained.
What I do
The emphasis shifts with each firm, but the work centres on four areas.
Leading a team of consultants, project managers and data migration specialists across the OneAdvanced Legal portfolio, ensuring delivery stays on track and clients remain well supported, particularly on complex engagements.
Bringing new systems live with minimal disruption to the business, drawing on years of hands-on experience delivering software implementations end to end for law firms.
Migrating firms onto new platforms and bringing their data across cleanly. Onboarding teams so they can make full use of their investment from day one.
Advising firms on how to shape their systems around the way they work: matter workflows, client inception and KYC, risk and conflict checks, document automation and management reporting, with compliance built in from the start. The same expertise informs RFIs, RFPs, scoping and Statements of Work, so what's proposed is deliverable.
